“Two words: HIRE HER! It’ll be the best decision you make throughout your wedding planning process. We got married at the Woodlands this past August and hired Tory as our month of coordinator. She was so fantastic that I wish I chose her full service planning package so we could’ve had her by our side throughout the entire process!

She is extremely communicative, personable, and detail-oriented. All of our weekly meetings leading up to the wedding were so organized and made us feel so much less stressed. Leading up to the wedding, she assisted with custom signage, rentals, and also fielded our (very frequent) random questions.

She did a great job of wrangling our family and bridal party for the rehearsal and throughout the wedding day. She made sure everyone was in the right place at the right time with a big smile on her face! She is exactly who you want both by your side, and running around behind the scenes looking out for your best interests/logistics on your big day. She made sure we ate and would even bring us beverages (we literally would have forgotten to eat and drink the entire wedding if it wasn’t for Tory). She took our miscellaneous decor and items and set them up to look great on the day of, with super limited direction from me. I felt like I didn’t need to lift a finger and was so taken care of!

Finally, I must add that some of the photos she took on her iPhone the day of are some of my most cherished from the day, and were a total surprise that she was even taking them!
